Role Overview
We are looking for a Customer Experience Representative to support customers and ensure smooth order handling.
Remuneration: N100,000
Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
2. Provide accurate information about products and services.
3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
4. Maintain proper records of customer interactions.
5. Support other administrative and operational tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of Higher National Diploma (HND)
2. At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related role
3. Must reside within or around Adekunle, Yaba, or Ebute Metta
4. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
5. Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
6. Must be willing to work on Sundays and public holidays
